Outsourcing is increasingly affecting more and more business today. As an idea, it is known to reduce costs, improve business efficiency and reduce errors and omissions due to non-know-how. Many times, the staff of a business that deals with e.g. contracting or any other kind of work, does not want to make decisions and take responsibilities related to insurance issues that need experience and know-how, resulting in wasted energy and time in non-productive means.
